About Lavar

I’m Lavar Stackhouse, a Kansas City Northland Realtor proudly serving Liberty, Kearney, North Kansas City, Gladstone, and surrounding Missouri communities. As a longtime Kansas City resident, I bring local knowledge, strong communication, and a service-first mindset to every real estate transaction.

I especially enjoy helping first-time home buyers navigate the Kansas City real estate market. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process easier to understand while helping you make confident, informed decisions from the first showing to the closing table.

My approach to real estate is built around trust, communication, and attention to detail. I’m also the owner of Attention To Detail, a Kansas City mobile car detailing company recognized by the Kansas City Chamber as a top small business from 2022 through 2025. That experience taught me the importance of taking care of people, communicating clearly, and never overlooking the details—and I bring those same principles to my real estate clients.

Family, Community & Life Outside Real Estate

My greatest passion in life is my wife and kids. They are my motivation, my biggest supporters, and the reason I work so hard to build something meaningful. Being a husband and father has given me an even greater appreciation for what home and community truly mean.

When I’m not helping clients buy or sell real estate, you can usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying the Kansas City community, or proudly cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. Yes, I’m an Eagles fan in Chiefs Kingdom and I'm perfectly okay with the occasional football debate! It has been a joy being involved in the friendly rivalries.
